• How do I become a retail partner?

  We work with 200+ garden centers, nurseries, and landscapers across the country. Email info@livegoodlogistics.com or call (803) 610-1386 and we'll walk you through wholesale pricing, order minimums, and onboarding.

• Where do you ship from, and how fast?

  Orders ship via USPS or FedEx to all 48 contiguous states through our nationwide fulfillment network. 90% of orders leave within 1 business day, with 1–5 days in transit after that.

• How are plants packaged for safe transit?

  Each plant is secured in its pot, the root ball is stabilized, and the container is braced inside a corrugated shipping box to keep it upright. Larger trees ship in custom crating.

• What happens if a plant arrives damaged?

  We back every order with a 30-day plant guarantee. If a plant arrives damaged or doesn't establish within 30 days, we replace it at no cost — just send a photo and your order number to info@livegoodlogistics.com.

• Can I request a plant that isn't in the catalog?

  Possibly. Our nursery network covers a wide range of species and sizes. Reach out with what you're looking for and we'll see if we can source it.

• Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?

  We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Due to agricultural shipping restrictions, we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we don't offer international shipping at this time.

• How do I track my order?

  As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to see order status and history.
