Planting

• Choose a location with 6+ hours of sun and well-drained soil.
• Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and the same depth as the container.
• Remove the plant from the pot, gently loosen circling roots, and place it so the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil.
• Backfill with the original soil, firm gently, and water thoroughly to eliminate air pockets.
• Apply 2–3 inches of mulch around the plant, keeping mulch a few inches away from the stems.

Watering
