How do I become a retail partner?
Email info@livegoodlogistics.com or call (803) 610-1386 and we'll walk you through how partnering works, order expectations, and onboarding. Most partners are publishing products within a few days.

Is there a minimum order or inventory commitment?
No. There are no minimums and no pre-buying inventory. You list the plants you want to sell, and orders are fulfilled one at a time as your customers buy them.

Do my customers know the plants come from a third party?
No. We ship blind — your brand appears on the packaging and packing slip, and there's no fulfillment-partner branding in the box. The experience looks and feels like it came straight from your store.

How does pricing work?
You pay our per-item catalog price and set your own retail prices and margins — no wholesale tiers or minimums. Get in touch and we'll share a current price list for the categories you want to carry.

Which states can you ship live plants to?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Some plants carry agricultural restrictions that prohibit shipping to specific states; those rules are built into fulfillment, so restricted items are never sent where they're not allowed.
