Pricing & Billing

The Live Good Logistics app is free to install on Shopify. There are no subscription fees or charges through the Shopify Billing API.

How billing works

Product costs (COGS) and fulfillment fees are invoiced directly by Live Good Logistics outside of the Shopify platform, based on your individual retailer agreement. This includes:

• Product costs — wholesale cost per item, charged when orders are fulfilled
• Fulfillment fees — picking, packing, and shipping charges per order

Invoices are sent directly by Live Good Logistics and are not processed through Shopify.
